OPTOSYSTEMS MICROSCAN VISUM 1100MHz / 500 MHz

1,000.00

The Microscan Visum by Opto Systems has the highest repletion rate excimer laser in the world, delivering at a 1100Hz rate. The innovative and advanced laser system of the Microscan Visum has lowered the treatment time to only 1s per diopter. When combined with its Super Gauss beam energy profile, it assures safe and precise operations that result in tissue saving and fast patient recovery times.

  5. Aiming:
    • Automatic beam centration by:

- Pupil center

- Limbal ring center

• Automatic compensation for the Kappa angle
• Automatic compensation for the light-in -duced pupil size change and pupil center shift

PLATOSCAN SOFTWARE

Developed by Optosystems, the Platoscan software creates an ablation control file required to perform aberrometry-guided customized correction. Customized operations computed by Platoscan can be later carried out on ophthalmosurgical system Microscan Visum. Customized correction facilitates treatment of irregular refractive errors. It also ensures improved postoperative vision in standard surgeries.
